- Lafitte's Landing - PJRP is developing a twenty-four acre site into a 190 unit residential community in Lafayette, Louisiana.
This is a planned community with patio homes and garden homes set around a large water amenity and with a play ground area. The development is set between two high end existing communities in the city limits of desirable Lafayette Parish. We are approximately 30% complete at present and are currently under construction with site improvements in our second phase. Improved garden lots are for sale at $27,500 and patio lots are for sale at $22,500.
