Penn Jersey Real Properties, LLC (PJRP) was formed in 2006 by JNJ Developers, LLC (JNJ) and Cacace Associates, LLC (Cacace) to invest in, finance, develop, and construct commercial and residential real estate projects. PJRP brings together over twenty-five years of real estate financing experience and construction experience. Headquartered in Morrisville, Pennsylvania, PJRP is national in scope with a particular emphasis on the revitalization of Morrisville. The principals of PJRP have financed over $31 billion in real estate transactions and in 2006 completed over 500,000 sq. ft. of construction in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and Georgia.

Cacace was incorporated in 1993 as a family-owned construction company providing professional construction, environmental, project management and industrial maintenance services to industrial, commercial, and government entities. Ed Cacace service as President/Project Manager and Chris Cacace serves as Vice President/ Project Manager.
Ed Cacace has a diverse background and over twenty years of experience in construction, mechanical engineering, and business administration. Beginning in 1990, Ed worked for CP Chemicals, Inc. where he oversaw all environmental operations, engineered and implemented all new plant processes and monitored all construction activities. Prior to working for CP Chemicals, Inc., Ed worked for the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.

Chris Cacace has over twenty-eight years of experience in construction and business administration. He has worked in all phases of residential, commercial and industrial construction. From 1976 to 1986, Chris worked for his father's construction company Mario Cacace & Sons Builders including six years (1980 to 1986) in Texas. Chris returned to the northeast in 1986 and founded a masonry business, Park Avenue Construction.

JNJ was formed in 2005 by Wade Jacobson and Dan Jones to explore development and redevelopment opportunities in and around Bucks County. Wade serves as President and Dan serves as Executive Vice President. Wade and Dan explored a number of business opportunities from 2002 to 2005 before forming JNJ Developers, LLC in 2005.
Wade Jacobson, prior to 2002, was with Toronto Dominion Bank in various senior executive roles from 1989 to 2001 including Director - Real Estate Finance, Managing Director - Credit Restructuring, and Managing Director - Corporate Finance. At Toronto Dominion, Wade provided over $15 billion in real estate and commercial loans. Prior to joining Toronto Dominion, Wade was Vice President Real Estate Finance for Manufacturers Hanover.
Dan Jones, from 1996 to 2002 was one of the founders and Executive Vice President of Financial Structures Limited (FSL), a Bermuda based guarantor and facilitator of commercial real estate and other commercial financing transactions. With Dan's leadership FSL grew to over $100 million in annual revenue and guaranteed over $17 billion in financing transactions. Prior to founding FSL, Dan was with KPMG Peat Marwick from 1980 to 1995, most recently as a partner in the Financial Services Practice of KPMG Peat Marwick in NYC. Dan currently serves on the board of Landmark Towns, an economic development initiative of New Hope, Yardley, Morrisville, and Bristol. Dan also serves on the Morrisville Certified Redevelopment Area Committee (CERAC).
